Some of you may have had the pleasure of experiencing Katonah Yoga when Sheri shlepped in from her studio in River Forest but for those who haven't - it is my absolute favorite style of yoga. The slow moving yet intense poses wake your body up from the inside out. The hands on adjustments meant to meet your body where it is rather than contort you beyond comprehension are pure delight. It is sneaky hard and totally rejuvenating.
Yoga at Pallas is unique in many ways but perhaps most notably because only a handful of people can attend at a time. It feels like a private class, but with your neighborhood friends. I have had the pleasure of having Jared as a teacher and his classes do not disappoint. I am so excited to have him at Pallas. Tickets here

This is a BYO materials kind of deal but it is very low key, the idea is to create the space to explore not make a masterpiece. This is the perfect outlet for someone looking to try something new or dust of long forgotten art supplies. There will be coffee, music, and friends old and new. We may have meditation openers or special treats - who knows! Dates and sign ups here.

The Full Moon time is a time to celebrate growth. A great moment to pause for release. A Full Moon is bright, and with its brightness this wonderful time to allows for clarity.
Join us as my wonderful friend, Colleen, facilitates an evening of grounding, creativity, and connection under the Full Moon in Taurus. This is a time to slow down and root into what nourishes us. Together we’ll share a mindful meditation, a creative ritual, and a bit of lunar-inspired fun to remind us that the magical and the practical can coexist. Tickets here

Tues @ 7p
This is a real treat. One of the featured artists in our Art Pop Up, Meghan Borah , is offering an evening of introductory Monotype Printmaking!I love Meghan's work. Her distinctive style of expressionless women in idyllic and colorful settings make her pieces inviting and thought provoking. You may have seen her work at one of her many solo shows at Goldfinch Gallery or featured proudly at Esme in Lincoln Park last year. Her work is stunning, we are lucky to have several of her pieces on display in the gallery, and now we have the joy of learning a bit about her process!
What is Monotype printing you ask? Good question. A monotype is a unique print made by applying paint or ink to a smooth plate (we will be using gelli plates) and printing the painting onto paper or other surface (paper for us!)All materials are provided, no experience required, get involved! Tickets here
*after class you will bring home your own gelli plate as our gift to you to continue to practice in your own time (or at studio hours!)
