**New events added regularly**

  • Sunday 9/14 @ 6:30p

Join us for a 75-minute somatic healing experience, lead by Kelly Maher, designed to gently guide you out of your mind and back into your body. Through breath, grounded presence, and sound, this workshop will help you release tension, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and restore your nervous system.

We’ll begin with mindful breathing and inner connection practices to anchor you into the present moment, followed by a brief teaching on the power of somatic healing and bottom-up processing. Then, drop deeper into stillness with a restorative meditation and immersive sound bath enhanced by auricular acupuncture, stimulating key ear points to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and open space for deep inner healing.

This is a space to soften, exhale, and return home to yourself. Buy tickets here.

  • Thursday 9/18 @ 8:15 am

My wonderful friend Sheri Delaney, founder of Analog Yoga, will be doing a yoga pop up. Sheri specializes in Katonah Yoga - a slower but extremely effective practice. This is the only yoga I want to do anymore, in fact I drive all the way to her River Forest studio just to do it. Buy tickets here
